Mou information

In early July 2025, the TEA Leadership Team met with Central Office and Michael Clyne to create a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding the Intermediate School. The new building configuration and the creation of the new intermediate school model required us to update some of our contract language. The MOU ensures that all teachers have an equitable number of instructional minutes, specified in Articles 8.a and 8.i. We will continue to support our members by aligning our contract with district changes where necessary.
